I always look forward to our get-togethers for Tim's famous and unique foods, like his awsome smoked ribs, his charcoal bbq'd chicken with his special seasonings, his Wookie Balls, and for dessert his creme caramel.  All of Tim's foods have a "kick" with his famous seasonings to bring out all of the flavours.  Tim has got alot of personality and a great flare for his tasty, healthy, and absolutely awsome food.  I cannot wait for our next invite......."

   "Tim Hennig trained with Arpi Magyar at Splendido in Toronto. If catering toe the rich and restless doesn't seem the reight preparation for running a snug little bistro in Belleville, it did give him respecr for the customer. Belleville is in beef country-their hockey team is called the Bellevile Bulls-and his pork loin didn't sell, so he now gives them steak with portobello-mushroom compote or maybe beef bouillon with noodles and plenty of lemongrass. garlic and ginger. So far, his customers have been receptive to the Asian slant in his cooking. Sushi and ginger-spiced rice have both been popular. They even go for the tenderloin of lamb with mango chutney. He tries to heep his pastas light, so they order the pizza instead, a salad or grilled sandwich. He has a fine Thai salad, big enough for two, and sandwiches like no other.Take the Mighty Viking, for one, with turkey, lingonberries, smoked gouda and caramelized onions, or the Ali Abubu, with curried chicken, goat cheese, sweet peppers, corn relish and lemongrass. His Italian onion soup is thickened with Romano cheese and served with real croutons and lots of fresh herbs......."
